Nia Archives New York Concert reviews
Great band, awful venue!
I spent about $750 to buy 4 tickets and join Nia Archives's fan club for better seats. Ticketmaster would not let me print the tickets and instructed me to use my credit card for entry. Arriving early, I presented my credit card to be directed to ticket resolution, where I waited in a long line for over 30 minutes. This caused my friends and I to miss the opening act, the Lumineers. Upon entering, we discovered our seats were terrible - located far back, the last row available, and positioned under an overhang, obstructing our view of the stage. The ticket site did not mention this obstructed view. To make matters worse, the band's performance was inaudible, sounding like a jumbled mess. Security prevented us from moving closer to improve our experience. I have requested a refund, and Ticketmaster has shifted the blame to FedEx Field, where the concert took place. We are still waiting for a response. My advice: avoid attending concerts at FedEx Field, as they should not have sold these tickets, especially at such high prices!
